If Joe Biden wins in November, Kamala Harris could become the most consequential Vice President in modern American history. Senator Harris will be seen as a rising leader of the party, and perhaps the most significant player trying to help Biden manage a country in crisis.
Through first-hand interviews this series will tell the backstory— the trials and setbacks, victories and virtues that led the candidate to the edge of power.
